ACT Strengthens Sales and Marketing Team

Lancaster, Pennsylvania - March 30, 2009 - Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is pleased to announce two new additions to its sales and marketing team.
Mr. John Kleinfelter has joined ACT's Engineering Products and Services Group as the Business Development Manager. His primary responsibilities will be to develop new market opportunities, manage sales processes and lead marketing campaigns in ACT's terrestrial products markets, including commercial and military electronics cooling, industrial heat recovery, and specialty products. Mr. Kleinfelter brings a proven track record that includes over nine years of sales and engineering management experience. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of ASHRAE. Mr. Kyle Van Riper has joined ACT's Aerospace Products Group as Business Development Manager. He will focus on expanding ACT's aerospace product opportunities and portfolio, particularly in the satellite and aircraft thermal control area. Mr. Van Riper has previously held process engineering, product management, and sales and marketing positions in the U.S. and Europe. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Delaware.
